What this policy covers
This policy describes what Medicare Signup, a brand of Deschenes Financial Services Inc. collects through this website and what we do with it. It does not cover the information an insurance company collects once you apply with them; each carrier has its own privacy notice.
What we collect
What you type into a form on this site, such as your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, date of birth and your message. We also keep the ordinary records a web server makes of each request, including your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure.
Why we collect it
To answer your request, to compare and explain Medicare coverage options, and, if you ask us to, to help you apply.
Who we share it with
Our customer management system, and the insurance companies we approach on your behalf. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to lead brokers or marketing list companies.
Analytics cookies and your choice
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Analytics cookies are off until you choose “Allow analytics” in the cookie banner. If you decline, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics runs without cookies and does not identify your browser. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your personal information for targeted advertising.

How long we keep it
While there is a business or legal reason to keep it. Insurance agencies in Texas have record-keeping obligations, and where those apply we keep the record for as long as they require.

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
